Job Description:

Bosporus Real Estate L.L.C. is seeking a talented and experienced SEO and Social Media Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, driving traffic to our website, and engaging with our audience on various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement SEO Strategies:
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving search engine rankings.
  • Optimize website content, including blogs, landing pages, and metadata, to improve organic search visibility.
• Manage Social Media Accounts:
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Content Creation and Writing:
  • Produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content for our website and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals.
• Lead Generation:
  • Utilize social media and SEO tactics to generate and nurture leads.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation campaigns to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and Respond to Engagement:
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online community interactions.
  • Track and report on social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Run Paid Advertising Campaigns:
  • Set up and manage social media ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in SEO, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Implement new tools and strategies to stay competitive in the market.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SEO and social media management.
• Strong understanding of current SEO practices, social media algorithms, and content strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with social media advertising and Google Ads.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
